Soft Modern’ goes Glam!

The elements for all design – line, form, color, and texture – this home misses nothing!

Throughout the otherwise rectilinear design of the home’s architecture, organic and curved shapes are interspersed, breaking up the strong geometric characteristics. Note the organically shaped artistic pendants lights over the kitchen peninsula, or the sculpted blocked wall with its interlocking rings which divide the great room from the hallway.

Textures are combined to balance the smooth and honed surfaces to the bright accent colors and sparkling adornments – all to create a harmonious blend for Modern Glamour. Note the cascading chandelier, made of crystals, shell and antique mirror, over the dining table – it is hanging from a walnut lined suspended soffit which has glass beaded wallpaper on the underside.

Sumptuous finishes are found in every room.

  • In the kitchen – rich walnut wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and Vetrazzo recycled glass countertops.

  • In the great room large precast limestone floors beneath plush velvet upholstered dining chairs.

  • In the master bath – ever popular Carrera marble countertops, and antiqued mirror inset panels on walnut doors found on countertop hutch. The tiled walls are sculptured, precisely done by a skilled tile subcontractor.

  • In the master bedroom – intensely colored magenta walls, balanced with a walnut clad fireplace wall, and softly padded chenille and iron upholstered bed wall.

All rooms have daylight views throughout azure tinted glass with Fleetwood glass walls, provided by Murray Window & Door Inc., pocketing invisibly into the home’s structure. The rooms adjoin easily one to the other, from the interior to the exterior deck and back again.
